Draft — pending legal review
Terms of use
Plain-language draft. It describes how SIXTY works today and will be replaced by reviewed terms before anything involving money opens.
1. What SIXTY is
SIXTY is a game. Two players trade a fixed list of tokens for a set time and the better percent change in equity wins. In Season 0 every match uses a paper bankroll: no deposit, no stake, no prize in money. Prices come from public market data and fills are simulated on our server.
2. Your account
You can play Spar as a guest. Ranked play needs a Solana wallet: you sign one plain-text message to prove you control it. Signing in never moves funds. One wallet is one player. You are responsible for your wallet and its keys; we never ask for a seed phrase or private key.
3. Fair play
Do not run multiple accounts, arrange results, throw matches, or interfere with the service. We may void matches, reset ratings, or remove accounts from the ladder when we find this, and we may do so without notice.
4. Ratings, ladders and badges
Ratings, ranks and badges are game records. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, and may be corrected if a bug or abuse affected them. Season 0 badges are non-transferable.
5. Ranked Stakes
Ranked Stakes are not available. They stay closed until a legal review, an audit of the escrow program, the $SIXTY launch and the operator’s approval. Separate terms will apply if they ever open, and they may never open where skill-game rules do not allow them.
6. Not financial advice
Nothing on SIXTY is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Paper results do not predict real trading results.
7. The service
SIXTY is provided as is, during an early season, and may be changed, paused or reset. Market data can be delayed or wrong; when it is, we may void affected matches.
8. Content you post
Display names must not impersonate others or be offensive. We may change or remove a name. Match recaps are written automatically from match records.
9. Changes
We will update this page when the terms change and show the date of the change here.
